Refund policy

Because Drool Treats products are edible pet treats, all sales are final. For food-safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

We want you and your pup to be happy! 🐾 If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is another problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@drooltreats.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging when applicable. We’ll review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been prepared, packaged, or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Please note that we cannot provide refunds simply because a dog does not like a particular flavor or treat. Every pup has their own taste buds! 🐶
